We all aim to ensure that you have the optimum all round patient experience and are wholly satisfied on each visit to the practice.
Disabled Access-We have a ground floor surgery and can provide access and treatment for most wheelchair users.
Payment Options– We request that payment be made on the day of the treatment and a deposit left for high value multi-visit treatments. We accept the following methods of payment:

- Cheque.
- Major Credit / Debit Cards
Emergency Dental Care
Emergency Dental Care for registered patients during working hours
- Please contact the surgery by phone or in person before 11.00 am.
- Our dedicated emergency time is 11.45 am, patients wishing to avail of this emergency time must telephone the practice before 11.00 am so they can arrange to be booked into this emergency clinic.
- Patients arriving without an appointment cannot be seen.
- Patients telephoning in the afternoon will be accommodated the next day.
Emergency Dental Care for unregistered/new patients
We always welcome new patients to the practice. If you are not currently registered with the practice and require emergency dental care please telephone the practice as early in the day as possible. An emergency session is available each day from 11.45 am. To avail of this emergency time please telephone the practice before 11.oo am to check availability.
A £40 charge will be made for this service and this fee will cover the cost of most minor dental emergencies. However, an additional charge may be required for more complicated issues. The dentist will discuss any additional charge, if this is required, before providing treatment.
Out of Hours Emergency
When the practice is closed during holiday periods or at the weekend our registered patients may attend the relief of dental pain clinic at Craigavon Area Hospital.
Please read below for opening times and note the change of times during holiday periods.
Patients wishing to use this service should present themselves to A & E Reception to complete the necessary paperwork.
Opening Hours:
Monday to Friday Evening Sessions
1 session per day-7.00 pm to 9.00 pm
Saturday, Sunday and some Bank Holidays
2 sessions per day 10.00 am to 12 noon,and
7.00pm to 9.00pm
Only emergency or relief of pain treatment will be provided and normal Health Service charges will apply to those who are not exempt. No appointment is required.
